Use of Norti
Norti is provided for personal note taking, organization, and optional AI-assisted writing. You are responsible for the notes, images, keywords, and draft text you add to the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Norti for your personal, lawful purposes, subject to these terms and the applicable app marketplace rules.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Norti for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Do not submit content that violates the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its AI service connection.
- Do not use AI assistance to create content that you are not allowed to create or share.
AI-Assisted Content
Norti may help complete note content from keywords or improve draft text. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You must review and edit AI-generated content before relying on it or saving it as a note.
Norti is not designed to provide legal, medical, financial, safety, emergency, or other professional advice.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Norti. You grant Norti permission to process your content only as needed to provide app functions you use, including AI writing assistance when requested by you.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Please review it before using Norti.
Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Norti as needed. We also may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
Disclaimer
Norti is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norti and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
