This Privacy Policy explains how Norti handles information when you use the Norti mobile app and related support pages.

Information You Provide

Norti is a personal notes app. The app may contain information you choose to add, including note titles, note text, note categories, dates, tags, and optional images selected by you.

When you use AI writing assistance, the keywords, draft text, or note text you submit are sent to an AI service provider to generate or improve note content. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable having it processed for that request.

Local Storage

Your notes, tags, selected images, app settings, archived notes, and deleted-note records are stored on your device by the app. Norti does not require you to create an account.

How Information Is Used

To create, edit, save, display, archive, pin, and delete notes.
To organize notes by type, date, tags, and optional images.
To provide AI writing assistance when you intentionally request it.
To remember app preferences such as appearance theme.
To respond to support or feedback emails you send to us.

Third-Party Processing

Norti does not sell your personal information and does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. AI requests are processed by a third-party AI service provider only to return the requested writing result.

Service providers that process information for Norti are expected to protect that information in a manner consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Retention and Deletion

Notes remain on your device until you edit or delete them. You can delete notes in the app. You can also remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.

If you contact us by email, we may retain your message for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain support records.

Permissions

Norti may request access to your photo library only when you choose to add an image to a note. The app does not require photo access to use basic note features.

Children

Norti is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Norti changes or when legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new effective date.
